Our last Urban Food & Flavors Run

Last week, we had the pleasure to organise a tailor-made “Urban Food & Flavors Run” for 16 head chefs and chocolate specialists who came from all different parts of France.
Different challenges awaited the teams, located at significant landmarks of the Chinese district, so they could discover gorgeous ancient pagodas, hidden pieces of architectural heritage, lively markets, etc…
Challenges were all about feeling, seeing, and tasting Vietnamese culture, catching flavours and local experiences all along the way! This team building focusing on sensorial experience is very original.
